Ville Syrjäläinen, born in 1983, Syrjäläinen is a creative entrepreneur at Centre de Ville Oy, which he founded during the pandemic and through which he has moved strongly into, among other things, multi-camera and streaming productions, such as the multi-camera direction of the Radio Symphony Orchestra concert's at the Music Hall in 2023.

 

Ville is also a Master of Music and percussionist who has established himself in the Finnish music scene as a versatile classical music professional, orchestral musician and pedagogue. He has studied at the Sibelius Academy and the Geneva Haute Ecole de Musique and has worked in, among others, the Finnish National Opera, the Savonlinna Opera Festival Orchestra and professional orchestras in the capital region, and since 2015 has been the percussion director of the Avanti Chamber Orchestra.​He has also worked as a teacher at the Helsinki Conservatory and the Sibelius Academy and has also performed in rock, pop and jazz music.

Ville still performs in professional music environments. In the fall of 2025 he played in the legendary Pikku Kakkonen concerts which can be seen at the Yle Arena.
